Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please reach out to us at hello@corpe.io. While we strive to address delays or issues on our side, certain external factors may be beyond our control, such as delays by government agencies, inaccuracies in documentation provided by you, or issues related to foreign remittance processing. We kindly ask for your patience as our team works to complete your engagement efficiently and professionally.
30-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, please note the following conditions:
- Service Obligation: Once access to our platform is granted and/or a service is initiated (such as consultancy work, compliance submissions, or any foreign remittance assistance), CorpE Business Solutions Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client assumes full responsibility for further actions and outcomes related to the service.
- Cancellation Charge: All refunds are subject to a 30% cancellation charge, which will be deducted from the total payment. Please note that government fees, such as statutory charges or filing fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Exemptions: Refunds are not applicable for any services that have already been delivered or if specific third-party services (e.g., legal, accounting, or foreign remittance facilitation) have commenced.
Foreign Remittance Services
For consultancy services related to foreign remittances, including cross-border payments, international business transactions, and compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) or other relevant regulations:
- Compliance: Our role is limited to providing advisory services and preparing necessary documents. Any delays or issues arising from banking institutions, regulatory bodies, or foreign exchange intermediaries are beyond our control and will not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Exchange Rate Fluctuations: We do not control fluctuations in exchange rates or remittance processing times, which can vary based on international banking systems and regulatory protocols. These factors are also excluded from our refund policy.
- Rejections by Authorities: In case of rejections or delays by government agencies or financial institutions (e.g., Reserve Bank of India, FEMA, or foreign banking institutions), CorpE is not liable for any penalties, rejections, or delays. These factors do not entitle clients to a refund.
Change of Service
If you wish to change the service you ordered, such as switching from one consultancy or registration service to another, you may request this change within 7 days of your payment. Requests for changes are subject to the following:
- Any price difference between the original and new service will be adjusted accordingly.
- If the requested service has already commenced or involves third-party fees (e.g., filing with a foreign jurisdiction, accounting audits, or legal reviews), such fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total payment.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@corpe.io with your concern and the reason for the refund request. Our team will initiate the process, and refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after receiving all required information. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees or cancellation charges.
Penalties, Taxes, and Other Costs
Once access to our platform is provided and services commence, CorpE considers its service obligations fulfilled. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and documents submitted during the consultancy or remittance process. CorpE is not liable for:
- Any penalties or tax payments incurred by the client due to inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information.
- Any additional costs arising from government rejections, tax audits, or remittance rejections by banking or financial institutions.
Factors Beyond Our Control
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for services due to external factors beyond our control. This includes:
- Government Rejections or Delays: Applications or filings (e.g., name applications, business registrations, trademark filings, or remittance approvals) may be rejected or delayed due to reasons outside of CorpE’s service scope, such as legal compliance issues or delays at government agencies (e.g., MCA, FSSAI, RBI, FEMA). These do not qualify for refunds.
- Government or Banking Backlogs: Delays may occur due to system backlogs or technical issues with official government or banking platforms (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI, RBI websites). These delays are outside our control and will not be considered for refund requests.
- External Service Providers: Services rendered by third-party associates, legal advisors, accounting firms, or external platform providers are not covered by our refund policy. Any delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party service providers or government bodies cannot be grounds for a refund.
Force Majeure
CorpE shall not be held responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or any other natural catastrophes.
- Pandemics: Any public health crisis, including but not limited to pandemics such as COVID-19, that impedes service delivery or government operations.
- Government Actions: Regulatory changes, sanctions, or other governmental measures that may affect service delivery.
- Wars or Acts of Terrorism: Any conflict, war, or terrorist activity that impacts service execution.
- Labor Strikes or Technical Failures: Any strikes, labor disputes, technical failures, or network interruptions that are beyond our control.
In such cases, CorpE is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or inability to fulfill its obligations. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for delays due to force majeure events.
