About SPICe+ Part B

Part B of the SPICe+ form is a comprehensive web form that simultaneously handles company incorporation and 10+ ancillary registrations — making it the central e-form in the entire incorporation process. It can be filed separately after Part A approval, or simultaneously with Part A in a single submission.

Once Part B is submitted, linked forms become accessible: e-MOA (INC-33), e-AOA (INC-34), INC-9, and AGILE-PRO-S (INC-35).

Click on the SRN marked "SPICe+ Part A approved"

Click "Form No. SPICe+ Part B" and complete the web form

Access linked forms: e-MOA, e-AOA, INC-9, AGILE-PRO-S

Affix DSC and upload all DSC-signed PDFs to MCA

Pay the required government fees

Receive Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and TAN by email
