Your Questions Answered

Are all government fees really included in the price?

Yes - the plan price includes all MCA filing fees, stamp duty charges, and DSC procurement costs. What you see on this page is what you pay to CorpE. There are no hidden charges added later. GST at 18% is applicable on the service fee as per law.

What is the ₹999 signing fee?

The ₹999 signing fee is the first payment to initiate your incorporate. It covers name availability check, initial document review, and onboarding to your CorpE dashboard. The remaining balance is split into two equal installments, paid only when you are ready to move to the next stage.

Can I upgrade to the Advanced plan later?

Yes. Once the Advanced plan is live, existing Basic plan customers will be able to upgrade seamlessly. You'll only pay the difference. We'll notify all setuped users when the Advanced plan launches.

How long does incorporate take?

Typical end-to-end timeline is 22-26 working days from document submission. This includes name approval (8-9 days), DSC generation (4-5 days), document preparation (5-7 days), and MCA review (7-10 days). Timelines depend on MCA workload and document completeness.

What happens if my application is rejected by MCA?

Our team reviews every document for compliance before filing, significantly reducing rejection risk. If MCA rejects due to an error on our part, we refile at no extra cost. If the rejection is due to incorrect information provided by you, we'll guide you through corrections with minimal additional charges.

Do you support NRI founders?

Yes. CorpE supports NRI founders for all three company types. We provide guidance on apostille requirements, nominee incorporate, overseas document handling, and FDI compliance - all coordinated through your dashboard.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. You can review our full refund policy on the CorpE website. In general, refunds are available if you cancel before document collection begins. Once MCA filing commences, refunds are limited to the unspent portion of government fees.
