A personal address proof is required for each director, partner, or proprietor to verify their current residential address. It must not be older than 2 months from the date of submission.

Accepted documents
- Bank statement (last 2 months, with name and address printed)
- Electricity bill in the applicant's name (not older than 2 months)
- Water or gas bill (not older than 2 months)
- Telephone / mobile postpaid bill (not older than 2 months)
- Aadhaar card (if address matches current residence exactly
Submission rules
- 1Document must not be older than 2 months at time of MCA filing
- 2Must be self-attested (signed by the applicant on each page)
- 3Must clearly show the name and full address including PIN code
- 4If Aadhaar address differs from current address — a separate document is mandatory
