Accepted utility bills
- Electricity bill for the office premises (not older than 2 months)
- Water bill for the premises (not older than 2 months)
- Gas connection bill (not older than 2 months)
- Property tax receipt (acceptable in some cases)
Rules
- 1Must be in the name of the property owner
- 2Not older than 2 months at the time of MCA filing
- 3Must show the complete address including PIN code
- 4If premises is rented: also submit NOC from owner and rent agreement
