Refund Policy
By making any payment on the Corpe platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document.
All professional fees paid to Corpe are non-refundable once the corresponding stage is triggered. The Signing Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, without exception, from the moment of payment.
1. Signing Fee â Strictly Non-Refundable
The Signing Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee collected at the start of your registration. This fee covers the cost of:
- Initial business consultation
- Company name availability check with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
- Account onboarding and setup
- KYC capture and verification initiation
- DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) process initiation
This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances â including if you choose to cancel, fail to submit documents, or change your mind after payment. No exceptions apply.
No GST is charged on the Signing Fee. The amount you see is the amount you pay â no tax is added to this specific charge.
2. Stage-wise Refund Policy
Corpe operates on a stage-triggered model. Once a stage is initiated by the corresponding action, the fee for that stage becomes non-refundable immediately:

| 2nd Instalment (Stage 2) | NON-REFUNDABLE once stage is triggered | Once you approve the MOA/AOA drafts and Stage 2 is triggered, final filings begin. Government fees paid at this stage are also non-recoverable. |
| Government Fees (MCA/ROC/Stamp Duty) | NON-REFUNDABLE in all circumstances | These are statutory charges paid to government bodies on your behalf. Corpe has no control over these and cannot refund them regardless of outcome. |
3. Circumstances Where No Refund Will Be Issued
No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- You delay or fail to submit the required documents after making payment
- You provide incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information
- The MCA or ROC rejects your application due to errors in the information you provided
- All proposed company names are rejected by the MCA
- You change your decision or wish to withdraw after making a payment
- You become unresponsive after a stage has been initiated
- You request cancellation after any work has been initiated by Corpe on your behalf
- Delays caused by government portals, MCA processing time, or third-party systems
4. Re-Filing & Additional Charges
If your application is rejected due to errors on your part â including incorrect documents, wrong information, or all proposed names being rejected â any re-filing required will be treated as a fresh engagement. Additional charges will apply. No credit from prior payments will be carried forward unless explicitly approved in writing by Corpe.
5. Discretionary Exception
Any refund, if considered at all, is entirely at the sole discretion of Corpe management. It will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances where no work whatsoever has been initiated. This is not a right that can be claimed and does not apply to the Signing Fee under any circumstance.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Client
By proceeding with any payment, you confirm that:
- All information submitted â including identity documents, address, shareholding, and capital details â is accurate and current
- You will respond promptly to requests for documents or clarifications
- You understand that company incorporation is subject to MCA approval and is not guaranteed
- You authorise Corpe to begin work immediately upon each stage payment
- You have read and accepted this Refund Policy in full
7. Signing Fee Disclaimer
The following disclaimer is presented to all clients at the point of Signing Fee collection, both on-screen and in the payment confirmation communication. It is reproduced here as part of this policy for your reference:
Please read carefully before proceeding with payment.
- The Signing Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances â including if you cancel immediately after payment, fail to submit documents, or change your mind.
- By paying this fee, you authorise Corpe to begin your onboarding process, initiate a company name availability check with the MCA, and commence KYC verification. Work begins immediately upon payment.
- No GST is charged on the Signing Fee. The amount displayed is the final amount payable for this charge.
- The Signing Fee will be adjusted against your Name Application fee. It is not an additional charge over your total plan price.
- This fee does not guarantee company name approval, registration, or incorporation. These outcomes are subject to MCA discretion and your compliance with documentation requirements.
- Further payments are only triggered when you complete specific actions â submitting your documents (Stage 1) and approving the MOA/AOA drafts (Stage 2). You will not be charged automatically.
- By clicking the payment button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted Corpe's full Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
8. Acceptance Clause
By making any payment on the Corpe platform â starting with the Signing Fee â you:
- Accept Corpe's full Refund Policy and Terms of Service
- Authorise Corpe to commence work immediately upon each stage payment
- Acknowledge that the Signing Fee and all triggered stage payments are non-refundable
- Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
Legal Note
This Refund Policy is a binding agreement between you and Corpe, effective from the date of your first payment. Corpe reserves the right to update this policy with reasonable prior notice. The current version will always be available on the Corpe platform.
