Submission requirements

  • Self-attested copy with your signature and date
  • Clear scan or photograph — not blurry or cropped
  • File format: PDF or JPG, under 2MB
  • Name on PAN must match Aadhaar exactly for e-KYC to succeed

Yes. Foreign directors must obtain an Indian PAN (Form 49AA) before being registered as a director. Documents must be apostilled from their home country.
