A personal address proof is required for each director, partner, or proprietor to verify their current residential address. It must not be older than 2 months from the date of submission.

Submission rules

  • Document must not be older than 2 months at time of MCA filing
  • Must be self-attested (signed by the applicant on each page)
  • Must clearly show the name and full address including PIN code
  • If Aadhaar address differs from current address — a separate document is mandatory
