About the specimen signature

During EPFO registration via AGILE-PRO-S, the authorised signatory must provide their specimen signature. This is used by EPFO to verify signatures on future PF-related documents and filings. The specimen signature is submitted as part of the AGILE-PRO-S form on the MCA portal.

The specimen signature must be on a plain white background, clearly visible, and must match the person's regular signature used on official documents.
