About SPICe+ Part B

Part B of the SPICe+ form is a comprehensive web form that simultaneously handles company incorporation and 10+ ancillary registrations — making it the central e-form in the entire incorporation process. It can be filed separately after Part A approval, or simultaneously with Part A in a single submission.

Once Part B is submitted, linked forms become accessible: e-MOA (INC-33), e-AOA (INC-34), INC-9, and AGILE-PRO-S (INC-35).

Documents required for Part B

  • Memorandum of Association (e-MOA, INC-33)
  • Articles of Association (e-AOA, INC-34)
  • INC-9 — Declaration by directors and subscribers
  • Utility bill for registered office address
  • NOC from property owner for registered office
  • Proof of identity and address of each director/subscriber
  • Consent of Nominee (INC-3) — for OPC only
  • Part A name reservation approval (SRN)
  • Class-3 DSC of each director (for digital signing)

How to submit (Part A and B separately)

Log in to the MCA portal and go to application history

Click on the SRN marked "SPICe+ Part A approved"

Click "Form No. SPICe+ Part B" and complete the web form

Access linked forms: e-MOA, e-AOA, INC-9, AGILE-PRO-S

Affix DSC and upload all DSC-signed PDFs to MCA

Pay the required government fees

Receive Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and TAN by email

Yes, SPICe+ Part B is mandatory for all Private Limited and OPC incorporations. LLPs use the FiLLiP form instead.
No, it is an online web form submitted exclusively through the MCA21 portal.
A valid Class-3 DSC is mandatory for Part B. The DSC is used to digitally sign and authenticate e-MOA, e-AOA, INC-9, and AGILE-PRO-S before uploading.
You are allowed to resubmit the SPICe+ form twice if the status shows "Resubmission required" in the application dashboard.
