About company E-PAN

The company's PAN is a 10-character alphanumeric identifier used for all tax filings, bank accounts, and financial transactions. For companies incorporated via SPICe+, PAN is issued simultaneously with the Certificate of Incorporation — eliminating the need for a separate PAN application.

The e-PAN is sent to the company's registered email ID as a PDF, digitally signed by the Income Tax Department. It is fully valid for all legal and financial purposes.
