Requirements for foreign directors

  • Apostilled or notarised by the competent authority in the home country
  • If the passport is in a language other than English, a certified English translation must accompany it
  • Address proof must also be apostilled (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Passport must be currently valid (not expired)
